  1. Membership

1.1. Monthly Membership. Once subscribed, your monthly All-Access Membership will continue each month and will automatically renew each month until you terminate your monthly membership. You must cancel your monthly membership before it renews in order to avoid billing of the membership fees for the next billing cycle to your Payment Method (see Section 3, “Cancellation”, below).

1.2. Yearly Membership. Once subscribed, your yearly All-Access Membership will continue each year and will automatically renew each year until you terminate your yearly membership.  You must cancel your yearly membership before it renews in order to avoid billing of the membership fees for the next billing cycle to your Payment Method (see Section 3, “Cancellation”, below).

1.3. Member Requirements.  To use our service, you must have Internet access and provide us with one or more Payment Methods. Please see Section 2.3 for information on valid and acceptable Payment Methods.

1.4. Third Party Promotions.  At times, our various membership plans may include special promotional plans or memberships offered by third parties that provide products and services separate from ours.  You are not required to accept such third party offers, and we are not responsible for their products and services. Some of our membership plans may have conditions and limitations different than what we have described generally above, but these will be disclosed to you before you complete your sign-up or in other communications made available to you. You can find specific details regarding your membership by visiting our website and clicking on the “My Account” link.

  2. Billing

2.1. Monthly Membership. For the monthly All-Access Membership, we will charge the membership fee, taxes, transaction fees (if applicable), and any other charges (collectively, your “Account Charges”) that you may separately incur in connection with your use of our service each month to your Payment Method that we have on file on the specific billing date indicated on your “My Account” page. In some cases, your payment date may change; for example, if your Payment Method has not successfully settled or if your paid membership began on a day not contained in a given month. Please visit our website to see your billing details on the “My Account” page to see your next payment date.

2.2. Yearly Memberships. For yearly All-Access Memberships, we will charge the membership fee, taxes, transaction fees (if applicable), and any other charges (collectively, your “Account Charges”) that you may separately incur in connection with your use of our service each year to your Payment Method that we have on file on the specific billing date indicated on your “My Account” page. In some cases, your payment date may change; for example, if your Payment Method has not successfully settled or if your paid membership began on a day not contained in every given year. Please visit our website to see your billing details on the “My Account” page to see your next payment date.

2.3 Payment Methods. To use our service, you must provide one or more Payment Methods, which consist of current, valid and acceptable methods of payment. You authorize us to charge any Payment Method associated to your account in case your primary Payment Method is declined or is no longer available to us for payment of Account Charges. You remain responsible for any Account Charges that we are unable to collect. If a payment for an Account Charge is not successfully settled, for example, due to expiration, insufficient funds, or otherwise, and you have not otherwise cancelled your account before incurring such Account Charges, we may suspend your access to our service until we have successfully charged a valid Payment Method and collected any past Account Charges owed. Some Payment Method issuers may charge you certain additional fees, such as credit card processing or foreign transaction fees. These fees are in addition to any fees included in your Account Charge, and we are not responsible for such fees. Check with your Payment Method issuer for details.

2.4. Updating your Payment Methods. You can update your Payment Methods by going to the “My Account” page. We may also update your Payment Methods using information provided by your Payment Methods’ service providers. Following any update, you authorize us to continue to charge the applicable Payment Method(s) as outlined above.

2.5. Changes to the Price of Subscription Plans. We reserve the right to change our subscription plans or adjust the pricing for our service or any individual or separate components of our services in any manner and at any time as we may determine in our sole and absolute discretion. Except as otherwise expressly provided for in these Terms of Use, any price changes or changes to your subscription plan will take effect only after we have provided reasonable notice to you.

  3. Cancellation.

3.1. When to Cancel. You can cancel your All-Access Membership at any time during your billing period. The account will remain open and accessible until the end of the then-current billing period. At the end of the current billing period, your All-Access Membership shall close automatically with no further Account Charges.

3.2. How to Cancel. To cancel your All-Access Membership, go to your “My Account” page, click on “Subscriptions”, then click on your active subscription plan. Under Actions, click “Cancel” and confirm the cancellation. Your subscription status and the status of the All-Access Membership in the Memberships tab will change to reflect the cancellation.

3.3. No Refunds. Payments are nonrefundable and there are no refunds or credits for partially used All-Access Membership periods. However, from time to time, we may provide a refund, discount, or other consideration to some or all of our members (“credits”). The amount and form of such credits, and the decision to provide them, are at our sole and absolute discretion. If we provide a credit to you or another member in one instance, does not guarantee that we will provide a credit to you or another member for similar instances, and we are never obligated to provide credits in the future, under any circumstance.

  4. Passwords and Account Access. You are the “Account Owner” and have sole access and control over the account that is used to access our service and you are responsible for any activity that occurs through the account.
