For monthly All-Access Memberships, you may cancel your subscription at any time during the billing period. Your account will remain open and accessible until the end of the billing period, and it will then close automatically with no further charges. WE DO NOT PROVIDE REFUNDS FOR CHARGES MADE BEFORE YOU CANCEL YOUR SUBSCRIPTION.
For yearly All-Access Memberships, you may cancel your subscription at any time during the billing period. Your account will remain open and accessible until the end of the yearly billing period, and it will then close automatically with no further charges. WE DO NOT PROVIDE REFUNDS FOR CHARGES MADE BEFORE YOUR CANCEL YOUR SUBSCRIPTION and WE DO NOT PROVIDE REFUNDS FOR THE TIME REMAINING ON YOUR SUBSCRIPTION.
How Do I Cancel My Membership?
We are sorry to see you go, but we hope that we have been able to benefit you during your membership.
To Cancel Your Membership
- Go to your “My Account” page.
- Click on “My Subscription” in the left column.
- Click the blue “View” button.
- Click the blue “Cancel” button.
- Confirm the cancellation.
You will see the Subscription status change. Your membership is now cancelled.
Note: This is the only method to cancel your membership. Signing out of your account will not cancel your paid membership.
What if I cancel my membership before the next billing date?
If you cancel your membership any time during your billing period, you will be able to continue to access your membership until your account automatically closes at the end of the billing period. You will not be charged unless you Resubscribe on the Subscriptions page or purchase a new membership.
If I cancel my membership, can I restart it?
Yes! To restart your membership while the cancellation is still pending, go to your “My Account” page. Click on Subscriptions, then on the subscription you want to restart. Under Actions, you’ll see a “Resubscribe” button. Select this option and confirm the information needed to reactivate the subscription. Once complete, you will see the Subscription status change. Your membership is now active.
If the membership is fully cancelled, then you can restart it by simply purchasing a new membership.
Can I change between a monthly and yearly membership?
Yes, if you would like to switch from a monthly to a yearly subscription, or vice versa, you can do so by following these steps:
- Go to your “My Account” page.
- Click on “My Subscription” in the left column.
- Click the blue “View” button next to your current active subscription.
- Click the blue “Switch Subscription” button.
- Select the new plan and confirm by clicking the blue “Switch Subscription” button.
- The new subscription will be added to your cart with the next payment date at the end of your current subscription cycle.
- Click the Checkout button and complete the checkout process to confirm the subscription switch.
- You will now see the new subscription in your account with the next payment date at the end of your old subscription cycle.
